The 2015 IEEE SPS Italy Chapter Summer School on Signal Processing (S3P), organized within the IEEE Signal Processing Society Italy Chapter and the National Telecommunications and Information Technologies Group - GTTI is inviting International experts in the Signal Processing domain to provide PhD students and Researchers with insights on advanced tools and methodologies in Signal Processing research.

In its 3rd edition, the School is proposing an EXCITING PROGRAM taught by worldwide recognized international Experts. The main track will cover this year sparsity and graphs in signal processing, with one tutorial expanding on the issue of processing large complex datasets. For its special track, S3P will address aspects of Human Centric Signal Processing.

It has received this year full international recognition from the IEEE Signal Processing Society. The school has also received the support of the European Association for Signal Processing (EURASIP).

Summer school participants will have the opportunity to learn and study innovative algorithms and systems in the signal processing domain, in an interactive and stimulating way:  each day, after the lectures, the speakers will be available for face-to-face discussion with students (and not only) who are interested in deepening some of the issues covered in the talks. Students will have the possibility to present their work so to let the other participants and lecturers know their research activity. The venue has been chosen to stimulate the interaction between the students and the speakers. Finally, in order to earn the credits associate to the Summer School, the students will have a Final Exam in the last day that will take place at the premises of the University of Brescia, Italy.
